Amanda Williams, Office/HR Manager

Mrs. Amanda Williams is the Office/HR Manager. She manages the day to day operations of the office and HR Department. On monthly bases Mrs. Williams provide a calendar of trainings and seminars to keep the staff abreast on current issues that may affect company’s policies and procedures.

Mrs. Williams holds a bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Public Policy Administration and is currently studying for her Masters in International Trade.

XinKai Tan, Division Manager - Tungsten & Development Division

Brian Tan is the manager of Tungsten & Development Division. In this role, Mr. Tan is responsible for managing and directing the company’s Tungsten & Information Divisions, as well as seek and develop new business projects and opportunities for the company. Before serving in his current role, Mr. Tan served as the Executive Vice President of ChinaSteel.com.cn, a joint-venture of China Minmetals Corporation for ten years before he joined Minmetals Inc. (L.A.) in April 2010. Previously, Mr. Tan served as a Division Manager in China Minmetals Steel Co., Ltd., in which he spent eight years in various management positions including Division Manager of Domestic Steel Trading Division, Vice Division Manager of the Domestic Subsidiary Management Division and Vice Department Manager of the Comprehensive Business Department. He has over 18 years of experience in the areas of trading, marketing, strategy, product management, branding, personnel administration, communications and research & development. Mr. Tan holds a bachelor of economics & international business degree from the Nankai University, China and a master’s in business administration from the Seattle City University.

Holly Liu, Division Manager - Metals & Building Material Division

Holly Liu completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Auditing at Xiamen University in 1989. Upon graduation she joined China Minmetals and began her career in the Beijing corporate headquarters. She served in supervisory roles in several disciplines within the company’s Auditing Department. Most recently Holly was assigned to the company’s Los Angeles Subsidiary, Minmetals, Inc. (L.A.). While working she completed a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at California State University San Bernardino and successfully passed the California Certified Public Accountants Examination. During this time she played a leading role in establishing the steel division of Minmetals, Inc. (L.A.). In 2005 she was named General Manager of the Steel Division. which is responsible for the import and sale of Chinese manufactured Oil Country Tubular Goods and other steel products into the North American market. Through her efforts she has helped enhance the company’s reputation for reliability and integrity within supplier and customer communities.

Xiangrong Wang, Division Manager - Metals & Building Materials Division

Tim Wang is the manager of Metals & Building Materials. He currently supervises the importing of steel building materials and other steel wire products, and purchasing of scrap metals in US yards to supply to the Chinese market. Mr. Wang has been with Minmetals since 1988 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry as well as an MBA.

Daoxi Ou, Vice President & CFO

Daoxi Ou holds a M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from the University of California, Los Angeles and a B.A. in International Business from Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing, China. Mr. Ou began working for Minmetals in 1994 in the Minmetals Overseas Division, became senior Financial Analyst in 1997 and soon after took the position of Director of Finance for Minmetals Finance Headquarters. Before serving as Chief Financial Officer for Minmetals, Inc. (L.A.), Mr. Ou worked for the finance division of Minmetals Non-ferrous Metals Co., Ltd. Mr. Ou has been with Minmetals, Inc. (L.A.) since 2001.

Bai Li, Vice President

Mr. Bai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as a Master of Business Administration. He is currently vice President of Minmetals Inc, (L.A.) and President of MM Rotors.

Wang Xingdong, President

Mr. Wang, Xingdong was appointed President and CEO of Minmetals, Inc. (L.A.) in June 2008. Mr. Wang is responsible for the operations and strategic planning for the company. Mr. Wang graduated from Xiamen University in 1982 and joined Minmetals in August of the same year. He then studied business management between 1987 and 1989 at Long Island University in New York. Prior to joining Minmetals, Inc. (L.A.), Mr. Wang was the Vice President of Minmetals, Inc. New Jersey; President of ChiMei Metals; President of Minmetals Germany GmbH; and Executive Director as well as the Managing Director of Minmetals Land Ltd. ( a Hong Kong listed company). Mr. Wang has extensive experience in international metals and minerals trading, investment strategies and corporate management.
